Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.Returns postmarked after 15 days from the recieve date will not be accepted.

We accept return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 15 days after the receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you want to return or exchange the product, sorry for you have to pay for a return fee; No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
